Q: What is the advantage of your products?

Q: Can you help me design or modified the products as we request?

A: We have R&D capability and professional & efficient team, customized service and OEM/ODM are welcome. We will try our best to make it come true as long as you have a good idea.

Q: When does my order to ship it?

A: 3 days after payment for the items with stock. 15-20 days for the general products. And for the unlikely products the date maybe delayed due to a shortage. We will inform you via message or email immediately.

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: For stock items, MOQ is 1 for our self-developed categories, you are free to make a trial order.

For customized items, our MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity) is 40HQ ( 20GP acceptable for test order ), you can mix 2-3 customized designs in 40HQ.
